How do I go back in history and undo an accidental deletion of 26 sketches?

I have done much additional work before I realized a folder I created that held 26 sketches was empty. I can go back in history to that restore point, but in doing so, I lose all work since. I can't see how to simply undo that deletion and bring all those sketches back into my Main document. I created a version just before the deletion. There a way to combine that version into my Main document? I know there is a solution but I can't find it. Thanks!

Words of wisdom from an inside tech:
Currently we do not support any selective restore tools so you must instead use a workaround. First, you can create a workspace branch from that version you created. In that workspace you will have to delete every other tab except the part studio with the sketches. From there you can restore this back to the main workspace. Keep in mind this will still overwrite any changes in the target part studio. You can see an overview of this process in the video here:

Another option is to use the Derived feature to insert the sketch from that version you created. Please see the documentation linked below to learn more about the feature:
