Hi, I'm having issues with
h the movement of the dark blue component. I want to drag it over the light blue rails, how to ? thanks (ps I've tried tangent constraint but it is not working on it)

Currently, there is not a simple way to do this.
Here is one way to do this:- Create a guide surface or part face
- Create a slider part to go on your dark blue part
- Constrain two points of the dark blue part to one edge of the guide surface using two tangent mates
- Constrain the slider to the dark blue part using a slider mate
- Constrain one point on the slider to the other edge of the guide surface using a tangent mate
