Ability to Reorient the Default Planes

Hi. Looking back toward 2015, I haven't found a way to do this yet. Am I missing something? A suggested workaround was to rename the default planes, but that currently causes a confusing mismatch with the orientation cube. One reason it would be nice to do this is so that the Front plane faces more toward the direction of lighting. Right now, anything I create with significant height looks a bit like it's in the dark.

I don't think you can change the default planes (except resizing them) or the orientation of the view cube. However, you can either use the transform tool to re-align the part or you can create named views based on whatever reference you want. The named views can then be used in your drawings as well.
