Adding a cover to one end of a cylinder.. (Edited for one end.)

Hello everyone. I have just constructed a cylinder in Onshape and was wondering how to put a fabric cover at each open end of the cylinder. TIA.

You created a surface model rather than a solid. If you create a solid the ends will be capped and the model will have volume. Edit the extrude feature and change the option to Solid.0 -

Do you simply want a flat surface cover or do you want it to actually look like fabric like the pic below?

Here is how to use the fill feature. You could also use Offset face and set it to 0. However, Onshape is not made for surfaces, it works best with parts. Most likely these parts will have thicknesses in real life, so creating them as parts should be fine in this case.
