Terrible UI Experience- Need scrollable and resizable boxes

Why do I have to resize my browser to 25% to use the configuration boxes? Why are they (among others) not resizable and scrollable so that we can actually read the text within the box?

There seems to be a weird issue sometimes with Safari on Mac with the pull down menus. I’ve been having better luck with Chrome.

From what I've heard (as someone who doesn't use macOS), Safari has these sorts of regressions somewhat regularly. I've heard people generally have a better experience with Firefox or Chrome (and other Chromium-based browsers).
