How to create a unique paper size in drawings?

I suggest making two enhancement requests. One to make E and F size sheets available, and another to request support for a custom size in the "Custom Template" section of the drawings creation dialog. These sizes are more difficult to implement than the choices we provide now, so making enhancement requests will make a difference in whether and how soon we do them.9
