Part labeling on drawings without a leader

Is there a way to place a part label on a drawing without a leader such as:

    Hi @OSKM, if I understand your question, then yes. Use "N" to place a note. Then add whichever part property you like to the note. Optionally, group the note and the drawing view together.

    @MichaelPascoe Thanks for the suggestion.

    I should have said I was working with an assembly and I cant get it to work on an assembly.

    @OSKM, hm. Here is a work around, there may be another way, but this is what I can think of at the moment:

    Place the callout leading to the middle of the part somewhere. Then adjust the horizontal portion of the leader with the small orange node. There will still be a small dot, which you could leave, or cover with a png if you really had to.
