Student accounts vs personal accounts

Hi folks. My students will lose their email logins when they graduate as seniors. These google emails are what they use to log into Onshape Enterprise. I was wondering how a student could move/share work/documents from the school account to a personal account. When they leave the school they would lose access to their Onshape account.
