Transferring Variables from Part Studio to Variable Studio

Hello,
I would like to transfer variables from ‘Part Studio’ to ‘VariableStudio’, so that I can use them in other parts.”
I found how to copy them to the clipboard, but I can’t find how to paste them into ‘Variable Studio’.
For now, I paste them into a text file from which I do a 'copy-paste' into ‘Variable Studio’, but I find it rather cumbersome…
Is there a better solution?
