The most common cases I run into failing to boolean are either my parts don't actually touch or they touch at an infinitely small edge resulting in a non-manifold edge. (View Post)1 -

What options are you importing the parasolid file with when you convert it back to a part studio? If you choose "Flatten uploaded assemblies as part studios", it should give you a part stud… (View Post)1 -

I would cross/box select everything and choose Fix. There may be some blue points floating around after (box/cross select in sketch doesn't pick up vertices). Just select those and hit fix as well. (View Post)7
