Re: How to specify 90° angle on the planes of cube?
No. I understand that the sides of the cube are, naturally, at an angle of 90 degrees to each other. Any drawing should be able to indicate any required dimension, even if this is implied by the structure itself (cube). I don't understand why I can't specify the dimension I want to specify (and where I want it) -

How can I dimension the OAL of a chain consisting of individual elliptical links?
Hi All, I've created a single chain link that is elliptical in shape with 3.4mm round stock and a 0.5mm gap. I then created an assembly using individual links and a linear pattern to create a full chain. When I drop the chain on a drawing, I am unable to dimension the Overall Length because I can't figure out how to snap a… -
Changing variable value breaks sketches inconsistently
Hi, In modeling a parametric box design, I encountered some weirdness when working with variables to control the boxes dimensions. Basically, when I change a parameter / variable like the box height, it often breaks one of the sketches. However, if I go into the affected sketch and do a slight change, like adding 0.1mm to… -

Dimensions of scetch an drawing does not match
Hey folks! I experience some strange behaviour and I hope that you can help me here. When I draw the Sketch I place dimensions till everything is grey/black to fix every position. Afterwards I want to place measures in my drawing and they are not the same dimensions! For example the dimension on the upper right: 1.1m in… -
Re: Can You Edit Circular Patterns?
It depends. * If you created it in 3D in an assembly or a part studio: Yes, just edit the feature. * If you created it in a sketch: Might get tricky. You need to edit the sketch and modify the dimensions created by the pattern tool. Before you make changes to the dimension, make sure the changes reflect what you want and… -
