Is it possible to export an individual mesh as its own file?

I was sent a .stl file, but it is not compatible with Vcarve CAD software. I was hoping to resave all the meshes in the .stl file to a different format so it will be compatible, but I am having difficulties. Is it possible?

No, it is not possible. You can only create an STL file from a solid part.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5
