Line Constraint from same Plane

If I have two vertical parallel lines which are equal, what is the constraint called that makes them start on the same plane?

Thanks.

Select the vertices and use the Horizontal constraint

Alternatively, if the plane in question is not horizontal, you just make their endpoints Coincident to the same angled reference line.
