Export as USDZ

I'd love to be able to view models in AR. Any chance of building in native USDZ export?

The only way I know how to currently is to export as STL, import that file to https://www.vectary.com, and then export as usdz. It works, but it's crude.

@emory_krall I think today we will leave this up to a partner to do as this is not really a mainstream format yet.

A few years late to this but I have just launched an app that can do this: https://arbase.io/ . The app also allows you to edit the material settings and view the model in an in-browser viewer on both iOS and Android.

The app is currently in beta with an expected full release in a few weeks. Check out the site linked above if you want to try it out.
