installing a slant to a cut out

The two slots I have here I want to slant downward on the flat faced side of this model, but i don't how to do it so any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @mark_cunningham - not sure what you mean? Can you post a marked-up image of what you are trying to do?

Would draft be the answer?  As option of Extrude 
or as a separate feature

You have the right idea in draft one. both top and bottom  of the opening must be parallel and angled so many degrees downward. this part is a cup holder top plate and must lean down from a 90 degree. how to do that is the question.
