Help with internal threads

I'm trying to follow the video of how to thread in Onshape in 3 seconds or something, but it doesn't work for some reason. I'm assuming this is something simple, but I seem to be missing something obvious.

    I'm not sure why the helix is starting off to the side like that.
    It usually starts on a normal (Top, right, front) normal to the sketch (or maybe I've just been lucky)

    Anyway, you will need to create a new plane that is normal to the start point of the helix.
    you can do that by using "curve point" option and selecting the start point and the curve of the helix.


    now you will need to set your triangle sketch plane to use the plane you just created


    Now rotate the cut triangle to be cutting into the part (it was flipped around after I change sketch planes)
    after that set your sweep to "Remove" and select the part you want to remove from (or check the merge with all button if it suits you)
