Revolve problem

hi there
is anyone able to see why this is going wrong?
my only hint is that if I choose add, these deviations are visible between the two parts, looking that not both have the same arc resolution. perhaps it is only a render problem...

NeilCooke Moderator, Onshape Employees Posts: 5,714You are trying to mix revolves and extrudes - Extrude 4 creates a very small edge at the front which is probably the issue. Stick to revolves if you can.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5
