I just want to grab a 3D object and rotate it, is this possible?

This is really bugging me. Is it possible to do it with the mouse? I noticed I can click the cube arrows but they move it too much. I just want to move it a little sometimes or the way I want to move it.

Go to you account preferences and check to see what option you have selected.
Onshape default is hold down right mouse button and drag

If you are in an assembly, you can use the manipulator tool if you are trying to actually move the part in 3d space, rather than just the camera around the part
