tube should be squashed ???

I have the following problem, for which I can not find a solution. I have a tube that I have created over a beam. The end of the tube should now be squashed

No Idea how to manage

Hi Neil,

thx for this tip, but it seems that they do not run with a beam. So I decided to do this with two lofts and remove the smaller one from the bigger one. But then I get these two asymmetrical holes on the surface ??

That is the faces of the inner tube cutting through the outer. Best to make it solid (with no inner cutout) then use the shell command. I’ll make you an example.

Note that Sketch2 is using a plane not a face for the sketch plane - important in this case.

Would have been better if the beam was created solid, the loft added, then the whole thing shelled.
