part studio "der2solid"
I'm trying to make a part solid from a 3d scan mesh "mmGroup0"

As suggested here - I've contoured edges with 3d spline, and now I'm trying to create a surface with fill command.
But it fails for some edges, particularly "Fill 4".

How should I modify curves, or which would be more suitable method of converting this particular scan to onshape solid?

I'm afraid your curves are far too "wiggly" to build a surface through - you will have to simplify them or maybe try to do it in sections so the surface is not so large.
