Enclose Surface Help

I'm new to modeling using surfaces. I don't know why I'm unable to enclose the surface on the "Dial" part. Thanks in advance! -William

Enclosure: "Create a part by selecting all boundaries surrounding an empty space to form a solid."

So you are missing closing surfaces at outer and inner diameter

@Krz I deleted the failed Enclose step, It's back on there now. I feel like I've selected the necessary edges and tried various things. If you can get it to enclose, I'd like to see how it's done. Thanks!

Here's another example that is simplified where I am unable to enclose it the surface. It might have to do with the loft? Not sure. Thanks!

The Enclose feature requires the set of surfaces to look like they are solid - in your example, there are glaringly massive gaps at the outer and inner diameters. One method could be to create an extrude up to your surface - that would make it all solid.

@NeilCooke Nothing is working for me. I'm not able to extrude a solid to the surface of the loft or extrude the edges of the rim as a surface to the loft. Maybe the rim edge doesn't quite match the edge of the lofted surface?

The issue is that the 3D Fit Spline does not go outside of the cylinder. I could fix it quickly if I could extrude a surface with a draft. I'll redraw it with longer line segments and move on. Thanks for taking a look! -W
