Create Sketch of Cross Section from Section View

Hi All,
Is there a method to create a sketch of a part's cross-section? I want to turn section view on, select my sketch plane as the section plane, then convert/project the cross section outline (cross-hashed area) to splines in my sketch (sketch would be like red line in screenshot). I assume there is a way to accomplish this but can't find the correct button.
