I am having similar issues. almost everything on the CAD part of the site is loading extremely slowly and I timed out trying to long in here multiple times.
I also cant download any models that ive been working on so Im stuck while I wait for the issue to be fixed0 -

I'm amazed at this tech support thread.
I've never heard a support person ask "What part of the world are you in?".
This just cracks me up.
This is definitely the next generation CAD system.
