object snap quadrant sketch

I’ve used Autocad for 15 years.  This Onshape is great but how do I snap a line to a quadrant of a circle in a sketch? I cannot find osnap button. Please help

    And I can’t see how to perpendicular constraint a line to a circle.  I figured this one out, but still can’t figre out the quadrant snap or quadrant constraint issue

    For quadrants select the end of the line touching the circle and the circle centre point and use either the horizontal or vertical constraint.
