I changed my units to SI (meters/kilograms), but I have to zoom way out to draw.

Hello,
I changed the units via "Workspace Units" and "My Account" but I still cannot draw in meters without zooming out so far that my planes disappear. Why doesn't the plane match the units. It is as if the plane stays in inches while the sketch tools draw in meters.

You can stretch planes by dragging the circles that appear on the corners when you select a plane to make them bigger. If this is something you do all the time, you could:
- Create a new document
- Stretch the planes to the required size
- Rename doc to "Template" or something you can find easily
- Then instead of creating a new doc each time, copy "Template"

This would of course only create a single Part Studio with the right sized planes, but you could Duplicate (right click the Part Studio element tab at the bottom) the Part Studio many times to get the same starting point.Hope this helps - you can also create an improvement request in the category on the right ->
