How to move a certain sketch around without disrupting anything?

I have a sketch and I want to move it around without disrupting anything.

    select the parts of the sketch you want to move, then use "transform" it will be in the drop down with patterns

    that should give you a manipulator tool that will let you drag/rotate sketch entities. It will also override/break any constraints that are holding your sketch entities in place.

    example the highlighted sketch is fully constrained, but if I were to move the arrow on the manipulator, the sketch will still move.
