Newbie question - Relating 2 different sketches in different planes

Eric_92Eric_92 OS Professional Posts: 22 PRO
Hi,
I'm trying to do something that would seems very basic. Example, trying to use the sweep command. Basically trying to create the initial conditions in the sweep tutorial. You need a profile one one plane, and a sweep path on a different plane. No matter what I try I can't seem to get my sketch for the path line to relate to say, the midpoint of a circle in a different sketch / plain.
Any help please? Thanks

You can create a plane using the curve point option using the endpoint and sweep entity.  then you can sketch on that plane your profile.  Usually coincident or pierce are common constraints to use.
