Transform sketch using snap points

Transforming a sketch by dragging and snapping to existing snap points.
This seems to be a problem for me particularly when importing a DXF. This might be due to the lack of fonts available or it might be the customer's artwork/logo. I'd like to see an easier way to drag the DXF into the desired place. At the moment I can only drag the sketch using the X and Y axis (depending on the sketch plane) and snap to the origin.
