Onshape Export to Matlab Error: Error in smexportonshape

Hi there,
I attempted exporting a model from Onshape to Matlab but I've been unsuccessful every time I try. I was however able to export the humanoid robot. I'll be happy if someone can advise me on the cause and the fix please.
The command and the error message is given below:
