Need Account For Student STEM Project - Multiple User Access

I am running a STEM program with the local scouts and elementary schools and potentially a high school in the near future. I've used Fusion 360 in the past, but they're licensing changed and people invited to a shared project directory only have basic access which basically kills what I want to do with my students / scouts.
Does OnShape have a free account that can host a shared project with multiple users, with all users having read/write/edit access? I am certain this information is out there already, but I've spent weeks reading through this and that trying to get Fusion to work and I just want a straight answer.
