Can't Revolve a Sketch

Hello, I having trouble with a project that uses revolve. I'm a pretty much a complete beginner and I don't know why I can't select the face I want to revolve around.
I want to revolve Sketch 10 to make a rocket nozzle for the balloon powered car.

    For revolve, you only sketch one half of the profile and revolve it around the centerline, plus the profile must be shaded (meaning there is a gap in your profile somewhere).
