Threads (again)

So, it there an official recommendation for threads in OnShape?

Sorry to beat this to death... I just have not yet found a best practices guide to threads in OnShape.

Teach me please.

    If you really need threads, Yes that featurescript is what I use also.

    It slows down the model regeneration a lot. So using threads sparingly.

    Otherwise I just have a plain cylinder and call it out properly in the detail drawing.

    john_mcclary, thanks. You answered my question. At this point I'm putting threads as a Configuration Checkbox - because like you said, they are slow!
