How to scale a sketch?

You need to scale an object from splines. Need to make it smaller. How?

You need to make sure that you do not have any constraints attached to other sketches or parts
Instead, concider extruding the sketch and scaling the part.
If you really want the sketch to scale, you can break the constraints by using transform in the sketch. Then slap a dimension somewhere and edit the dimension

If you don't want to extrude, you can use Offset Surface with the offset distance set to 0 to just make the sketch into a surface, and then scale that surface using the Transform feature:

MAYBE the below info will help
With regard to the sketch shown in the GIF, there were 2 FIX constraints that I had to delete, on top of deleting 2 of the 3 dimensions, which left me 1 dimension that I was able to change and scale up the sketch
