Fasten without Rotation.

I am creating a design where I attach a propeller to a rod. How can I attach the propeller to the rod while having the rotation of the rod also rotating the propeller in the assembly?

The purpose of the fasten mate is to completely lock two parts together, so it should really be doing that for you. Can you post the link to your document so we can take a look and see what the problem is? Here are some instructions about posting links:
