Elipse to circle tube sweep help

Hi guys
I hope you can help me. I am attempting to do a 90 degree tube sweep. The sweep should go from a Elipse and ending in a full circle.
Can any one give me some tips on how to do this?

If you want more control of the sides of the sweep you should construct curves and add guides to the loft.
