I am trying to revolute part 1 #3 and folding assembly so that when the right frame is moved laterally to the left frame, part 1 #3 and its opposing part move up and down the frame. Is ther ea way you can help me with this?

Change one revolute to a cylindrical - it is a tolerance stackup issue
