How to cut a corner?

Let me preface this by saying that I've enjoyed using Onshape, and it's been one of my favorite CAD softwares to work with.  However, I've been unable to do something so simple it frustrates me.

I am trying to make a model of a rectangular block with a corner sheared off.  I attached an image of an orthographic drawing of my goal.  However, I cannot find a single tool that will allow me to do this.  I cannot seem to find a way to cut off the corner.  I've searched, there is not a plane clipping tool that I've found.  A quick Youtube search turned up no results.  I have watched the tutorials, and none of them helped me determine how to do this.  Can anyone help me?

If you sketch 2 point on one face, and a single point on an adjacent face, then you can use 3-point plane and split that corner off.

Or better yet, loft the triangle up to the adjacent point and remove.




I would link a featurescript that does this automatically, but the chamfer tools on git-hub are all deleted it seems..
