Hi There,
I'm trying my best (but not easy as a beginner) to find a way to reduce the diameter of my tube below ONLY in the corner (I need to 3D print the part and later fit a plastic nut that will only go though if the outer diameter is reduce on the corner).
I made the tube using SWEEP function.
What would be the simplest way to reduce the diameter on the corner (where the arrow are) ?
Thanks & kind regards,
Guillaume

Have you tried using some lofts?
Here I added some fillets to smooth out the hard edges.
You could take the time and make some guide curves instead. But I find this cheat a little easier.
