For a realistic simulation I want to let the blue rolls glide horizontally over a virtual floor,
so that the comb-shaped plate can be moved up and down.
Which function has to be chosen here.

Have you experimented with all of the mate types and relations yet?
Right click mate"Animate this" in Assembly 2 and view the coordinated motion that may be what you want. It was necessary to add "Ground" to provide a face for the tangent mate to interact with. My attempts to further constrain the motion to simulate the real world more completely were unsuccessful.
I find this sort of animation to be one of the most challenging tasks in Onshape: the feedback "mate overdefines the assembly" seldom points in a productive direction. Trial and error is the last resort.
