it's just sitting there...
i tried to roll back and find when i've created it but even if i go to the start of the action's tree it is still there.

    Can you make the doc public so we can take a look? If you make a copy of the doc I suspect it will go away.

    I think I've seen this problem before. If you refresh your browser, it goes away (at least when I've had it happen to me).

    Clearing your local browser cache or a hard refresh (shift + reload button) should clear this line.
