Shelling Help

Hello,
I'm trying to shell the gray part of this model and I can't seem to figure out how to get it to work. I have tried splitting the part unsuccessfully and can't seem to find other solutions. The highlighted red surfaces are the only ones highlighted that color in the model (I tried suppressing the text so it wouldn't be an issue and that didn't help either).

The first construction line is drawn so that it snaps to the 12 o’clock position. It has a vertical constraint on it
This will allow me to dimension off of it being that it is a fully constrained line. That is, it will act as the anchor point when I do dimension from it to another line
The second line is drawn —
If it was drawn in the horizontal position, I would not have been able to apply the 80° dimension to it because it would’ve been locked in that horizontal position
Now if I had mistakenly drawn it in the horizontal position, I could’ve removed any horizontal constraints. But in this case, it’s best to avoid drawing it in that horizontal position
