Plane size

While working in metres still the plane are in millimetre so its hard click the plane. Anybody can help me to solve this.

    Plane size is 150mm^2 regardless of units - if you click a plane you will see circles appear at all four corners - you can drag those to resize.

    Now I using that way only. I expect that when I change the workspace unit plane also have change according to that...
