I added more dimensions and constraints to your sketches. It is best practice to have all black (constrained). In sketch 3 I reduced the number of points in the fillet splines. I would suggest using arcs instead of splines. I modified sketch 2 and remaining to simplify. Here is link to modified doc.
Thank you for sharing with us! Adding a draft to these faces can done a number of ways. One technique would be to split the face of the part where you want to draft, and use the move face feature with rotate.
Create a sketch on the face of the part. Sketch four lines that are constrained to the edge of the part and the feature that needs to be split. We are essentially splitting the part with these lines to isolate two regions to move.
Using the split face tool, split the face of the part with the sketch. This will isolate two regions of the part that will be moved.
Next, use the move face feature with rotate. I started with the bottom face first and moved the face 7 deg.
Repeat the process for the top face.
That should do the trick. Let us know how you make out!
PS. I found a bad feature on the bottom that should be fixed. I left a comment in the document.

It worked, i only struggled with selecting the bottom of the face but found it !.
Thank you both very much
