Importing image when "Import" icon is hidden

In my browser (FF) on my laptop (Dell E6430), the document tab bar covers up the bottom portion of popup dialogs, such as the "place image" dialog in drawings.  I need to import a png image, but the import icon is covered up.  Tabbing and enter does not seem to activate it either.  Is there any way to either toggle the document tab bar or otherwise get at the import icon?

    The only way you can do this is to either scale FF from the menu top right or change the screen resolution (if you can)
