Removing instances from any pattern in Onshape

Hello everyone, just wondering if it's possible to remove an instance when creating a pattern on Onshape. For example, suppose I am creating a rectangular pattern of 20 holes but I don't want "certain" holes while doing the operation. In other CAD systems the center position of each hole could be removed by just clicking the unwanted holes. Best regards.

Also, there is a featurescript called Point Pattern that may be helpful in conjunction with a sketch pattern - https://cad.onshape.com/documents/9fca78cb66a0bc83e359eb3e/v/401953fe6e5330bb77bf28ef/e/268a22f0ce6b3864a3637732
You can also follow up your pattern with a "delete face" on the faces of the holes you don't want. This should restore the geometry to how it was before.
