Creating a circular pattern of equal length lines in a sketch

Hello there, 

I am trying to create a sketch that looks like this: 

Is there a way to create those 1000mm lines without placing them all manually? 
I've tried using a circular pattern. 
But the radius could be pretty big (like 35000mm) and the length of the lines is usually just about 400-500mm.
Using a circular pattern I would have to convert the distance to a very small angle and that sometimes results in inaccuracies.
Any ideas? Am I missing something?

Not sure what you mean by inaccuracies? How many 1m lines should there be? You could make a sketch pattern first of the number of lines you need then add the 1m dimension. 

What is this for? Maybe there is a better way.

You can create a circular pattern in the sketch, then delete the angle dimension and set the ends of the lines coincident.

I*ve been testing around for a little bit. 
I am currently thinking about using OnShape for our business. 

This is what I am trying to accomplish:

Looks like it would be best to just add the lines manually. 
Is there a better way to get this result without converting the lines to equivalent angles and using a circular pattern?

Partly, yes. 
But they need to be equally distanced on every row. 

But I think it would be best for me to have a look at creating a FeatureScript for this
