Locating tab and slots for RHS

Anyone know of a feature script or easy way to add locating tab/slots for aligning square hollow tube, at the moment I do them all manually, then mirror, boolean and remove thicken for clearances. There must be a better way!

    That sounds like the recipe for a FeatureScript - in many cases all you need to do is replicate  the manual steps. Why not give it a try?
