Add DIN 6923 to Standard Content - Metric flanged nuts should go below M5

The only flanged nuts I can find fall under ISO 4161, which only specifies M5 through M20. I use M3 flanged nuts all the time so the inclusion of DIN 6923 would be useful as it specifies flanged nuts going down to M3.
