Categories and smart filtering of public projects

Onshape public plan for hobbist generates a long tail of many many tiny projects visible on https://cad.onshape.com/documents?nodeId=3&resourceType=filter, and some of them are actually pretty cool but it's hard for them to bubble up.
There are a few ideas to improve this:

- Bubble up projects that have high clicks per impression (and down those with few)
- Add categories (at least like FDM (3D Printable) / CNC / visualization-only / ...)
- Detect project complexity (to allow filtering out simple pieces made of a single part for a specific usage from more complex assemblies)
