    Hello david_voisin,

Can you double check that WebGL is enabled for Safari? see: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3300585?start=0

If that doesn't help, can you try either Chrome or Firefox on the same computer?  If none of those are working, I would suggest putting in a support ticket and someone in support will try to work out solutions with you.

Yes, I would try a later version of Safari if you can.  If you are still having issues, please log a support ticket while in the system (use ctrl + u) and someone from support will help you.

david_voisin sometimes I also meet this issue "Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. You can refresh the browser to continue working on this document or return to the Documents page",but I found it is due to the bad network,if your netspeed is very slow or the network is unstable,it happens usually.I liking connecting to wifi when I am modeling by onshape, so if the signal is not good ,it will show "Onshape is not connected..."So I want to suggest you to find a place with good network for working by onshape, and check if this issue will come again!

Safari 5 is going to have some issues with running webGL.  If you are on an older Mac I would suggest using Firefox instead unless you can update your operating system and get Safari 8. Hit the ? menu -> Feedback if you have further issues.
